Last week, we came up with a poll to do a survey on which social networking site do you prefer. Now, the result is out. Thanks for everyone participation! =)

The given choices include Facebook, Friendster, My Space, Twitter and others sites. As the pie chart above shown, the most voted social networking site is Facebook! Obviously, Facebook did made an impact in today's society.The second most voted social networking site is Myspace. This is why our previous post talked about Facebook vs. Myspace. Well, different users have different needs, and Facebook and Myspace do provide different features to the users. Next rated social networking site is Twitter. Twitter is actually just as famous as Facebook, I bet all of us, came across the "follow me button" with a little cute bird icon right? People often use Twitter to follow thier favourite celebrities, friends etc. Lastly, the least rated social networking site is Friendster. I'm sure everyone knows that Friendster used to be like Facebook, who did not have an account in Friendster before? I think everyone did right?

In conclusion, the analysis is just to find out which social networking site people prefer the most? Technology is moving rapidly, especially the Internet world. Who knows another creative social networking site will be soon launched in few months later? Well, we'll see...

  1. Hey I noticed a few errors here and there in terms of grammer..

    The first paragraph, the first line should be "we came up with a poll" rather than "came out a poll", result should be results and everyone should be everyone’s.

    The second paragraph - "As the pie chart shown above, the most rated". This should be "As the pie chart above shows, the most voted",

    "Facebook does made an impact" should be "Facebook did make an impact" ,

    "Facebook or Myspace does provides different features to the users" - The Facebook or Myspace here should be Facebook and Myspace because it is not a comparison.

    "Twitter actually just as famous as Facebook, I bet everyone of us definitely came across "FOLLOW ME" with a little cute bird icon right? - This should have been Twitter is actually just as famous as Facebook, I bet all of us, and the FOLLOW ME is missing a description, could either be a "follow me link" or a "follow me button" ,

    “I'm sure everyone knew that Friendster used to be like Facebook, who doesnt create an account in Friendster before? I think everyone does before right?” - This should have been I'm sure everyone knows that Friendster used to be like Facebook, who did not have an account in Friendster before? I think everyone did right?

    And the last paragraph, “In conclusion, the analysis is just for a reference to research on which social networking site people prefer the most? Our technology is moving rapidly, especially Internet world. Who knows another creative social networking site might launch few months later? Well, we'll see...” – The first sentence is contradicting its own, I think it should just be the analysis is to find out which social networking sites do people prefer the most? And instead of our technology, it’s just – Technology is moving rapidly, especially the world of Internet and “launch few month later” should be - launch in a few months time

    And this should be - p/s: Is time for LiHui to get back to her S.N.S world!

    Cheers =)
